| An obese 31 year old female presents with complaint of chronic headaches for the last 3 months. She describes the headaches as 7/10 in severity, and the headaches affect both sides of her head. In addition to headaches, the patient complains of an annoying, rhythmic "whooshing" sound that is occasionally heard in her right ear. She often suffers from double vision. Occasionally, the patient has transient "blackouts" that last only a few seconds and can affect one or both eyes. The patient has no prior history of ocular trauma. Past medical history is unremarkable . There is no prior surgery. |
