| A 68 yo WM presents with a 2 day history of drooping of the upper eyelid of the left eye. He states that he must manually lift his eyelid to see from the eye and when he does, he sees two images next to each other. He denies any pain in the eye. He states that it happened suddenly and has stayed the same. POH: Refractive error PMH: Diabetes mellitus, hypertension, GERD Meds: metformin, insulin, amlodipine, omeprazole All: NKDA SH: 1ppd tobacco, denies alcohol FH: "Father had cataract surgery" PSH: no surgeries |
