| A 30 year-old white male presents to the emergency room six hours after being assaulted. The patient reports that he was punched in the face one time while wearing the jersey of the opposing team at an NFL game. He is alert and oriented to person, place, and time. He complains of "double vision especially when looking up". You note extensive bruising in the left periorbital area. There is no other obvious head or neck trauma. |
