Pt is a 37 year-old female who presented with sudden onset of redness and mild mucoserous discharge of the right eye for 3 days.  She had also noticed a small bump in front of her right ear as well.  She reported low-grade fever and mild soreness of her throat. There was no vision loss. Her symptoms included mild foreign body sensation, and mild photophobia, but there was no ocular pain.
